Thirteen things you can actually do. Seven for you, six for a child.
Every one of them says what it rests on. Where something is well supported it says so and names the study. Where it is simply sensible, it says that too. That distinction is the whole point of the episode, and this would be a poor advertisement for it if it blurred them.
It also says what has been left out on purpose, and why: speed reading, learning styles, and anything that costs money.

Why these are free
Because the videos are free, and they were free before there was a shop. Nothing on this page is a funnel. There is no list to join at the end of it.
If you want to support the work there is a shop and a Patreon, and both are entirely optional. I would not think less of you for ignoring them.
